The first semi final of Second Annual Fatima-Shah Muhammad Memorial Hockey Tournament was played between Paradise Hockey Club and Dosanja Hockey Team. Paradise Hockey Club won the match by 5-0. The Chief Guests of the match were Past President Pervez Khalid Sheikh, Chairman All Pakistan Yarn Merchants Association; Mr. Rizwan Ashraf, Chairman All Pakistan Textile Processing Mills Association and Past President Muhammad Iqbal Malik (Bali). The Chief Guests were introduced to players of both teams and later group photographs were taken with both teams.

During the match, the crowd of the match cheered both the teams and appreciated their performance. At the end of the match, the Chief Guests presented polio awareness wall clocks to the Man of the Match, the losing team Captain and to an outstanding player from the losing side. They also recognized volunteers of the tournament by providing them polio awareness t-shirts. Later, they appreciated performance of both teams and also thanked the tournament organizers for inviting them to this healthy activity promoting a very important social cause of polio awareness. The tournament was held at village Chak 73/RB Karianwala, Faisalabad and was organized by Paradise Hockey Club and Rotary Club of Lahore Garrison. Theme of the tournament was "End Polio Now / Make Pakistan Polio Free."
