The third quarter final of Second Annual Fatima-Shah Muhammad Memorial Hockey Tournament was played between Paradise Hockey Club and Ghabianwala Hockey Team. Paradise Hockey Club won the match by 5-1.

The Chief Guest of the match was Ch. Mukhtar Ahmed, Chairman of the tournament. He was introduced to players of both teams and later group photographs were taken with them. During the match, the audience of the match applauded both the teams and appreciated their performance. The tournament was held at village Chak 73/RB Karianwala, Faisalabad and was organized by Paradise Hockey Club and Rotary Club of Lahore Garrison. Theme of the tournament was "End Polio Now / Make Pakistan Polio Free".
